Terms and Conditions

The Transaction Coordinator provides administrative support for real estate transactions from contract to close, including but not limited to:

• Reviewing and managing transaction timelines
   
• Coordinating signatures and delivery of disclosures
   
• Communicating with title, escrow, lenders, and cooperating agents
   
• Maintaining compliance with brokerage requirements
   
• Uploading documents to relevant platforms (e.g., brokerage systems)
   

Note: The TC is not a licensed agent (unless specified) and does not provide legal advice or negotiate contracts.
 

• Provide timely access to all transaction documents and parties.
   
• Notify the TC immediately of any changes to the transaction.
   
• Ensure compliance with legal and brokerage requirements beyond the TC’s administrative scope.
   

All client and transaction information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of managing the real estate transaction.

The TC shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or delays resulting from client-provided documents or third-party communications. The TC’s role is administrative; all legal and compliance decisions are the responsibility of the client and their brokerage.

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing at any time. Fees incurred prior to termination remain due.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

By engaging the services of the Transaction Coordinator, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
